Definitely check out Snapseed! Ya can edit RAW images and use selective edits, and lots more. I haven’t ever needed to break away from it for what I’ve needed. I love how Photoshop has evolved – thanks for the heads up! I’ll check it out… I hear they’ve improved Lightroom mobile a lot as well.
